Nice to meet you, I’m Anat
My name is Anat Roeh, and I am the creator of Tiulist.
I also run the popular Hebrew travel site, Tiulist.co.il, where I have been helping travelers plan their perfect vacations for years.
My passion for travel, itinerary planning, and photography is what drives everything I do here. For me, a good travel story allows you to experience a destination long before you arrive – a feeling that is almost as rewarding as the journey itself.
From Investigative Journalism to the Great Outdoors
For nearly two decades, I worked as an investigative journalist for Calcalist, Israel’s leading financial newspaper. My days were spent analyzing legal cases, researching environmental issues, and uncovering the truth.
While journalism was a deeply fulfilling career, I eventually decided to shift my focus from chasing corruption to exploring hiking trails.
It might seem like a drastic change, but the two worlds require a very similar set of skills: deep research, meticulous fact-checking, and a commitment to accuracy. The biggest bonus? Now, my “office” is often a mountain peak or a hidden Greek cove.
My Connection to Greece
Greece is more than just a destination for me – it is a passion I have spent years exploring. I am proud to manage some of the largest travel communities for Greece on social media, with over 150,000 active members across several specialized groups.

I spend a significant part of the year on the ground, scouting new trails and testing accommodations to ensure my guides are as accurate as possible.
